In February of 2025 I planned to write a weekly letter to my federal and state representatives.

My original idea was to alternate between the Feds and in my case, Pennsylvania, but in practice I have been focused on D.C., given the firehouse of malfeasance.

And there have also been weeks where I simply cannot. So the project evolves. The fight is long. I will still post my letters here as I write them, although I am no longer committing to a set schedule. (BTW — this is a Notion page I’ve made public which is why it looks different from the rest of my site.)

Phone calls are also great — arguably better — but for me, an erstwhile journalist, this is the way. It’s helpful for me to focus on one issue each week, and also to know that whenever I am getting overwhelmed with outrage, I will put it into my next letter.

Please feel free to use any of my letters as a template to contact your representatives.
